Who is Hezel CultureSmart?
HCS is celebrating its 45th year in business in San Antonio. In 2001, Dr. John D. Hezel retired and Mary Hezel Martin became Owner/President. At the same time, the firm’s name was changed from John D. Hezel & Associates, Inc. to Hezel CultureSmart (HCS.) HCS is a full-service performance improvement company and has been assisting organizations in improving personnel performance, growth, hiring, and developing successful employees.
HCS provides validated personality, leadership, skills and aptitude assessments. We specialize in helping companies hire and develop people that will be fulfilled and productive in their jobs. We also provide organizations with management and sales selection and training, employee engagement or customer-satisfaction surveys, and various other organizational development services.
Mary Hezel Martin is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in 1983 and in 2002 received her Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
